Did you know the emotions you experienced during traumatic events are stored in your central nervous system? Until you process them, they will keep tormenting you forever.
So here’s what I want you to do: First, think about this traumatic event in your life, then allow whatever emotion appears to emerge and just sit with it. Don’t try to escape from it and don’t judge it.
That is all, it may sound simple but it is extremely powerful. You will feel lighter as soon as you start processing your deep-seated emotions.
You don’t need to do it all in one session as it can be overwhelming, take it little by little and watch yourself get better like never before.
